KANSAS CITY SMOKED BRISKET: The fine city of Kansas City is the birthplace of dry-rubbed barbecue drizzled in a mouth-watering tomato & molasses sauce. Kansas City folk don’t discriminate among types of meat (pork, chicken, beef, and even turkey are fair game). Algarve Smoke has created its own version of this sticky, sweet, peppery finger-licking Kansas City condiment. Our locally raised BEEF Brisket is cooked super-slow (20-hours smoked plus 9-hours slow roasted at 100C then 4-hours resting finally flame grilled in front of you slathered with our own BBQ sauce). The brisket is smoked super-low over bed of Carob Pods, Olive & Almond chipped wood smoke with Rosemary & Bay Laural. This is really beautiful food, no question. We served good old fashioned country food, sittin’ outside with good music, good craic and good stories to be told. Just come on down and give us a try!
